Kalaloch
is the Olympic National Park`s Southern most coastal area. Kalaloch is
a beachside get-away approximately 35 miles from Forks, WA. It offers
a near-famous restaurant overlooking the Pacific as well as rustic cabins
with the same panorama. A gas station is also nearby. The Kalaloch coast is steep and rugged, carved out by
years erosion, storms and flooding, but access to the beaches is quite
simple thanks to good trails on beaches 1-6 and Ruby Beach. Catch a glimpse
of destruction Island as the sun goes down behind it...it will be a lasting
memory.. |
